1General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 11 bet platform and all services associated with it. This document forms a legally binding agreement between the user and 11 bet. By accessing the platform, registering an account, or participating in any gaming activity, the user is considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

3Account Management

3.1 Login Security

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — apply for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal funds generally arrive within 30 minutes to 3 hours, though slight delays may occur during the verification process.

4.3 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured by SSL encryption. Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are prohibited. The user's mobile banking account details and 11 bet account details must match.

4.4 Transaction Verification

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 as a bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus, it must be wagered 10 times — meaning a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in total wagering to be completed.

5.2 Regular Promotions

11 bet offers various bonuses from time to time, including:

• Weekly Reload Bonus: 30% of deposit, up to ৳5,000; wagering 15x; minimum deposit ৳500.
• Friday Special Offer: 50% of deposit, up to ৳8,000; wagering 18x; minimum deposit ৳500.
• Cricket Festival Deposit Bonus: 40% of deposit, up to ৳6,000; wagering 20x; minimum deposit ৳500.
• Birthday Reward: Up to ৳2,000; wagering 10x; once per year for verified accounts.
• Refer a Friend Reward: Up to ৳1,500; wagering 12x; for each active referral.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Bonuses are not direct cash. Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement is met. The claim period for each bonus is stated in the individual offer details. Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

6Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is placed, it is considered final. However, if an event is cancelled, suspended, or left incomplete, 11 bet may cancel the bet and return the stake. 11 bet reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error.

6.2 Maximum Winnings Limit

Winning limits may apply to single or multi bets. Maximum stake limits may also apply to specific events or markets. The maximum limit for each event will be displayed automatically on the betting slip.

6.3 Live Betting

Odds may change rapidly during live betting while a match is in progress. Confirm the odds before placing a bet. There may be a difference between the time a bet is placed and an odds change due to network delays.

6.4 Special Cricket Betting Rules

For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, or other cricket tournaments, if a match is shortened due to rain or poor light, bets will be settled based on the result under the Duckworth-Lewis method. If the minimum number of required overs is not completed, bets may be considered void.

7Casino and Gaming

7.1 Game Operation

7.2 Technical Issues

9Prohibited Activities

10Intellectual Property

11Limitation of Liability

11 bet is not responsible for the following:

• Delays due to interruptions in third-party services (mobile banking, internet services)
• Unauthorized access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence
• Local legal matters relating to online gaming in the user's jurisdiction

In any circumstance, 11 bet's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount of the user's specific transaction.

12Changes to Terms

13Account Closure

13.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before making the request. Balances in a closed account cannot be withdrawn.

If a violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or evidence of fraud is found, 11 bet reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice. In such cases, any bonuses earned and associated winnings will be forfeited.
